• 700-1200 square feet of wood floor (other flooring types might work but might not)
• from 7-11ish on Tuesday nights
• someplace both drivers and t-based folks can get to us
• for not a lot of money (ideally no more than $125/night)
• with at least some of the following (or ability for us to install):
  • good sound system,
  • a little storage space,
  • chairs and a table or two,
  • dimmable lights,
  • some climate control or windows we can open,
  • air filters.
• Strong preference for all-ages.
• Ideally: in a place with some foot traffic, gender-neutral bathrooms, and accessible for mobility-impaired folks (not neccessarily in that order!)
• For Bonus Points: With two rooms so we can run two lessons/DJs, and near restaurants where we can do afters.
